The DPS email system is experiencing serious difficulties. For the past week, we have been unable to send mail to any Hotmail or MSN email addresses.Since last night (December 18), email has been completely unavailable--the server is down and we can't even open the email program!
If you are waiting for an answer to a message you sent, it may take a while before I am able to respond. Sorry!
